What is UpCity Excellence?
National Excellence awards celebrate businesses with the highest brand integrity and client satisfaction based on their UpCity Review Score.
National Excellence: Annual awards presented to the top service providers—in any category or industry in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.—on all of UpCity.
How Does UpCity Excellence Work?
For more than a decade, UpCity’s mission has been—and continues to be—to help businesses find B2B service providers they can trust.
Every year, UpCity analyzes and scores more than 84,000 service providers based on their UpCity Review Score and recognizes the top providers with an UpCity Excellence Award.
How Do I Win?
It all comes down to your UpCity Review Score, which is based on both the quantity and quality of your reviews, and is intended to help businesses find a partner that best fits their needs.
Our best advice is to continue to gather reviews and keep producing high-quality work that your customers can depend on. You can track your progress by logging in to UpCity and clicking on “Brand Reviews.”
Reviews for a Cause
Each year, UpCity runs Reviews for a Cause campaigns that benefit a charity. As we approach the 2024 Excellence Awards, we encourage our service providers to recruit more reviews and improve their Review Score.
This year, we have selected The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ young people. Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project provides information and support to LGBTQ young people 24/7, all year round via phone, text, and chat. The Trevor Project also provides guidance and support to parents and educators in an effort to help foster safe, accepting, and inclusive environments for all youth.
