    Adobe InDesign

The InDesign platform plays a major role in the graphic design process by providing tools for creating page designs and app interface layouts across multiple channels. The tool costs individual users $34 per month, or users can access Illustrator as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud platform for $53 a month for individual users or $80 a month for business teams.

“Adobe InDesign is a complete graphic design tool that helps our team to design magazines, brochures, and other useful content. I prefer the software because of how easy it is to learn.” —Paula Glynn, Director of Search Marketing & Digital Strategy, Pixelstorm

    Adobe Illustrator CC

Adobe’s vector graphic software is considered an industry standard for illustration and aids designers in the creation of icons, logos, typography, and other image-based designs for print, web, and video content. The tool costs individual users $34 per month, or users can access Illustrator as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud platform for $53 a month for individual users or $80 a month for business teams.

“My favorite design software for branding design is no doubt Adobe Illustrator. Sure, there are other alternatives, but it’s hard to find the software that offers the features and tools that Illustrator has to offer.” —June Escalada, Founder, IllustratorHow

    Adobe Photoshop CC

A long-standing staple of design software for small- to medium-sized businesses, the brushes and layering tools included with Adobe’s Photoshop aid users in editing images and creating composite digital paintings to support graphic designers across a multitude of projects. Individual users can access Photoshop for $34 per month, or they can pay a premium of $53 per month for access to the entire Adobe Creative Cloud platform as an individual user or $80 per month for business teams.

“Most people would underestimate Photoshop CC 2020 as a graphic design software but for us, it is one of the best easy to navigate and user-friendly softwares out there. It works best as a gateway graphics designing software and maybe in the future, my content and creators will try out other much more complicated softwares.” —May Flanagan, Founder, Global Green Family
