We pride ourselves on customer understanding of the process. Most companies will take on a project and either speak in "tech-speak" or otherwise confusing "industry speak" which confuses some customers. We speak in terms that are easy to understand that allow our clients to feel competent and informed about their project. Some clients just tell us to take care of it whilst others like to be informed of the process along the project timeline. Either way, we got you covered. Simple to understand instructions and how to videos or information provided after each project so you know how to "use your new website" or eCommerce system.
We work on a referral basis and rarely market or make sales calls. We have been in business since 1992 and maintain a lean, well versed and technically proficient staff that keeps you, the client, in mind.
