When a weekend flood emergency knocked our network offline, Xentric Solutions brought in replacement enterprise equipment, configured them and had us back up and running by 4 AM Monday morning.

We were in an emergency situation with a firewall that would not reboot, and then after that, a core switch in which a primary module failed, shutting down our school's access to the internet. George went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I'm looking forward to continuing the working relationship as we upgrade our network.
